A Super Bowl berth is up for grabs when the New York Giants travel to Candlestick Park to take on the San Francisco 49ers. FOX will broadcast the game and kickoff is at 6:30 PM ET.

In week 10, the Giants lost to the 49ers, 27-20. Eli Manning found pay dirt twice in addition to completing 26 passes on 40 attempts for 311 yards and two picks.

In their previous outing, the Giants defeated the Packers 37-20. Hakeem Nicks had seven catches for 165 yards and two scores. Manning also contributed by going 21 for 33 for 330 yards while finding the end zone three times and throwing one pick. The 49ers are also coming off a win over the Saints, 36-32. Alex Smith put forth an impressive effort, going 24 for 42 for 299 yards passing, four total scores and no interceptions. Another strong showing came from Vernon Davis, who caught seven balls for 180 yards and two touchdowns.
